This website is dedicated to Al and JoAnn Mavis.  Al was known as Mr. Gasahol.  Al rode with the 7th Illinois Cavalry. One year he rode his horse from his farm near Rochester, Illinois to Valley Forge. On the way the riders collected their horse manure and bagged it. They called their product Soilsouffle and sold it.
